I drew a couple posters for Ringtail Cafe that they are going to use for this years Anthrocon 2013!

Ringtail Cafe: “The theme for this year’s Anthrocon is the Fast and the Furious (lol).

So we decided to whip up a few posters to go along with the theme. The problem was, we couldn’t decide if we should do a sexy pinup of Wanda, or Jaime. We decided to do both!

The double sided posters feature Jaime and a crotch rocket (heh) on one side, and Wanda draped on a car, for the other!”

AC was GREAT this year! It was great to see all the people that I had seen in the years past and it was totally cool to meet all you new people as well!

We are definately going to make it to Anthrocon 2013. We are going to have more comics available as well. There is so much that we want to do and work on thru this new year.

The great thing about making it to AC is that you get like an over exposure of artistic sights. You feel energized and ready to work more on your own art. It is really nice. Its always great talking to other artists too.

I am just so excited with how well things went, that I am ready to start working my comics and commissions. Which I do have a couple of you that I do owe commissions to, and I thank you very much for being so patient with me these last couple of months, allowing me to work on my comics and art for AC. I will be working on your commissions now. And again thank you.

I will get my store up and running this weekend btw for comic orders, so that folks that didn’t get to AC can buy either a physical print copy or a digital copy of the comics.

So the news:

For one, its my 10 yer wedding anniversary. ;3

Other news:

Poecatcomix will be at Anthrocon this year, my table is N20. So come by and check out what we got this year!

Starfire Agency Issue 5 has been put together and being sent to the printers! I should have it back to sell at Anthrocon!
This wouldn’t had happened without the help of some pretty awesome people! Heath Wiley, Felonykat, Maus and my hubby (who had to put up with me during this crunch time! On’t the first 9 pages of this comic were viewed online…so is more to read XD It’s 24 pages total

Nightshift Issue 4, I have copies to take withe me to AC! There are 10 extra pages that were not viewed online. This comic does have a mature rating this time around …but it is a soft mature….don’t expect porn when I say that ;3

Hellkats Issue 1, Its all new, only the first 9 pages were viewed online, its a 28 page book. The story is rated mature for gore and violence.

For those that won’t be going to AC this year. Don’t worry, I will be selling these comics on my site … in print form and digital copy form, I just need to set up my online store…. which I will be focusing on next week.

Ringtail Cafe has been completed on my end and has been sent to the Ringtail folks so they can finish their comic for AC… which I’m really excited to so it completed! www.ringtailcafe.com

My buddy Felonykat will be with me at AC and she will have Byyr there…which is a comic that I inked. So, check that comic out… she also has it online as a webcomic. BYYR

Major Changes…

Hey guys, readers and fans of the webcomics. I have put a whole lot of thought with what I want to do with my comics this year and future. For a while I had debated on removing the webcomics and only offer them as printed issues and downloadable digital comics.

As you can see, I have began to move towards this. I feel that it will be better, as I update sporadically now a days. And really, I do hate to let everyone down when I don’t update regularly and so now, if there is a comic ready for sale, then I will post it here on the site. Plus blast out Twitter, Facebook, and FurAffinity when I have new comics to offer.

I will have an area that will feature 5 pages from each comic as a sample…. then the choice to purchase the book and/or digital comic.

And so… with that said, I hope people will enjoy what I’m planning for the future with Poecatcomix.

Ringtail Cafe Workin’

As some folks know, I have been working the last month or so on the drawing, inking and shadowing of Ringtail Cafe Issue 6, for the fine folks at Ringtail Cafe . I have to say that this is the first time I have really worked on a comic that wasn’t my own, from start to finish. It’s kind of exciting. Plus its always fun to work in a group with other people.

The comic is coming along nicely, I work on my part as I can. Then send my files to the Ringtail folks, who then send the file on over to the colorist. Its going to be uber exciting to see this book complete.

Anyways, I have 6 more pages to complete. I swear I think this is the first time I’ve put together a comic in a months time too. wow. I think I work better under pressure.
